Classical Hatha Yoga

Vedic Hatha Yoga classes are based on breathing exercises and basic poses. Purify your prana channels and chakras, fresh up for your day.

Anusaranga Yoga

This is modified Ashtanga yoga, collaborate between Ashtanga yoga (vinyasa) and Anusara yoga (alignment). Practice based on principle : foundation, breathing, Bhundas. This is a kind of Dynamic Flow / Vinyasa Flow with deepen your practice by focuses on coordination of movement and breath. It is a very physically, awareness, mindfulness active form of yoga.

Gentle Flow / Prana Flow

In a Gentle Flow classed we will explore basic poses, breath work and alignment; to promote flexibility and balance.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras.
The form is concerned with awakening of the psychic centers of chakras, which exists in every individual.
The basic method of awakening involves deep concentration on chakras and forcing their arousal.
Kundalini benefits : strengthen willpower, break bad habits, etc.

Mantra

Literally, Mantra means "code" in Sanskrit.
Mantra as poetic short syllables are chanted in repetition helps our mind to reach the depths of our consciousness.
Mantra act as seeds for opening up our higher brain funtions and realize our true blissful self.

Prana Kriya

Prana Kriya is a breathing exercise. Breathing conciously helps to shift our focus, to free up energy, to quiet the mind and calm our physical, emotional and nervous currents.
It replaces dysfunctional reactions and unconscious habits.
The breath fuels our luminous thoughts, bridges our broken parts and intergrates our fragmented levels. Breathing can be a living expression of our commitment to peace, purity, power, love, harmony and balance.
